# Grokbot: vocabulary
Up: [[Topics/Grokbot/Grokbot|Grokbot]]. Terms come from the [[Users/@irongiantXBT/Post Analyses/Post Analysis - irongiantXBT on the Grok Bot Use Cases PDF (2026-10-25)|@irongiantXBT analysis]] and the official docs.
- **Grok Bot:** SpaceXAI's persistent AI agents ("Bots"). Each works on a cloud computer with a browser, filesystem and terminal ([docs](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/overview)).
- **SpaceXAI / SpaceXSI:** xAI after its acquisition by SpaceX (Feb 2, 2026) and July 2026 rebrand; public branding moved to SpaceXSI in October 2026, while the legal name stayed SpaceXAI LLC (per the analysis's sources).
- **Use-case gallery:** the official list of 56 example roles in 9 categories ([x.ai/bot/use-cases](https://x.ai/bot/use-cases)).
- **Marketplace:** community- and team-built bots you can add ([x.ai/bot/marketplace](https://x.ai/bot/marketplace)).
- **Draft-first:** the bot's output is a draft that a person reviews, not a finished action.
- **Approval line:** the boundary the bot can't cross without you. In the playbook: "Nothing gets sent, booked or paid without you."
- **Human-in-the-loop:** a person checks or approves at set points.
- **Read → check → apply a rule → write a draft:** the playbook's "one shape" of a working use case.
- **Five checks:** repeatable, cross-system, rule-based, draft-first, cheap to get wrong (the playbook's handoff test).
- **Four-week rollout:** watch → review everything → review flags → scheduled routine.
- **Routine:** a task that runs on a schedule.
- **Skill:** a saved method the bot reuses.
- **Fleet / Chief of Staff bot:** a lead bot handing work to specialists through bot-to-bot messages.
- **Agent Computer handoff:** the user takes control of the bot's computer to sign in, so passwords never go into chat.
- **Connectors:** links to outside services, shared account-wide.
- **49/1 rule:** the playbook's illustration that a bot can get 49 right and then the 50th wrong with full confidence. Its own footnote says it is not a measured error rate.
