He drew digital breadboard layouts for each chapter before filming. The post shares the full reverb layout except for the later extras (input filter, single decay knob, single room-size knob), which will be covered in the DIY kit manual. - **Learning Modular Patreon** · 2026-10-14 · [My Next Generation Performance System, Part 4: Osiris Melodic Voice](https://www.patreon.com/LearningModular/posts/my-next-system-4-172357134) Chris walks through the second voice of his rebuilt rig. It's a ModBap Osiris wavetable oscillator, used mostly for bass, going through an Arcus VCA and enveloped by a Klavis Quadigy with a few-millisecond attack to prevent clicks. He says digital bass sounds weak when the wavetable has a weak fundamental. He swapped the WMD C4RBN filter, which Osiris's ±8 V output clipped, for a Plum Audio ADVA. A Five12 QV-L now modulates the cutoff with a "chaotic envelope" (a smooth random LFO multiplied by a gate-fired envelope), replacing his Xaoc Zadar. - **Learning Modular Patreon** · 2026-10-14 · [The 9 Albums Challenge](https://www.patreon.com/LearningModular/posts/9-albums-172310290) Chris lists nine albums that shaped his music, starting with Berlin School. He picks Michael Hoenig's *Departure from the Northern Wasteland* for its human-phrased melodies over metronomic sequences, Tangerine Dream's *Ricochet* for its constant change and layering, and Klaus Schulze's *Mirage* ("Crystal Lake") for its hypnotic sequencing. - **Learning Modular Patreon** · 2026-10-09 · [Fall Clearance: modules & some studio gear](https://www.patreon.com/LearningModular/posts/fall-clearance-171855470) Supporters get first pick in a sale of modules and studio gear, such as a Folktek Nano Garden and a Synthesis Technology E352, priced at about 70% of retail or less. - **Moritz Klein YouTube** · no new public videos.
