Every year that work takes about a third as long as planned, if it happens at all — there are people in the house, there's food, there's travel, and you are tired in a way you may not have noticed yet. **Budget half of what you're imagining, at most.** If a Week 15 deliverable depends on this week, it's already at risk. Better to trim scope now than discover it on Dec 3. --- ## If you do work this week, do this Small, finishable things — the ones that get skipped in a rush and cost real points: - **Test every link** on your site in a private browsing window.
