Three questions, and they're the ones that decide December: 1. **Does the hour budget survive your actual week?** Add up your FIX and GAP hours, divide by twelve weeks, and look honestly at whether that number fits around your job, your commute, and your other courses. If it doesn't, we cut scope today — in September, when cutting is cheap. 2. **Is anything critical parked against the Thanksgiving hole?** No class Week 14, campus closed Nov 25–29. Work you're planning to do over the break will not happen. Plan around a dead week in the worst possible place. 3. **What's your cut list?** Which piece goes first if you fall behind, which goes second. Decide now, while you're calm.
