The base resume, visibly restructured.** Not proofread — restructured. Every mark from the Week 7 line edit addressed, weak bullets rewritten with real constraints, anything the 15-second test couldn't recall either cut or moved up. **2. One tailored variant, aimed at a specific real posting.** This is the skill. The base resume is just the source file. ## How to tailor Pick a live posting from your **Target List of 10**. Then: 1. **Mirror the job title.** If the posting says "Associate Environment Artist" and that's honestly what you're going for, that phrase should appear in your headline. This is the single highest-leverage change you can make. 2. **Harvest 8–12 hard-skill terms** from the posting — software, techniques, engines, pipeline terms. Check each one honestly: do you actually have it? Keep the ones you have; delete the ones you don't. Do not invent. 3. **Reorder.** Move the two projects that best match the posting to the top of Projects. Reorder your Skills tiers so the posting's stack leads. 4. **Rewrite one or two bullets** so the constraints named are the ones this employer cares about. A mobile studio cares about your triangle budget; a cinematics house cares about your shot count. 5. **Cut anything irrelevant** to make room. Tailoring is subtraction as much as addition. You are aiming for roughly 10–15% overlap with the posting's own language — enough that a semantic match scores you, not so much that a human reads keyword spam. ## What to submit 1. `Lastname_Firstname_Resume.pdf` — the base 2. `Lastname_Firstname_Resume_[CompanyName].pdf` — the variant 3. The job posting, saved as PDF or a live link 4.
